What We Do
Our Programs
We develop arts and storytelling initiatives, community programs, and creative engagement projects that bring together artists, newcomers, and cultural voices across Canada.
Mentorship, Leadership Development & Volunteer
Through mentorship from experienced professionals, community leaders, and industry experts, participants gain valuable insights into event management, communications, advocacy, public service, and community leadership. Youth are encouraged to explore their talents, build professional relationships, and contribute to projects that create real social impact.
FEATURED INITIATIVE: 25@25: Refugees Making a Difference
Our flagship initiative, 25@25: Refugees Making a Difference, provided unique mentorship and volunteer opportunities for youth and emerging leaders. Hosted at the Parliament of Canada, this nationally recognized program celebrates outstanding refugee contributions while creating meaningful learning experiences for young participants.
Through their involvement in the project, students and mentees have had the opportunity to:
-
Attend and participate in events at the Parliament of Canada.
-
Learn the behind-the-scenes operations of planning and executing a national recognition program.
-
Work alongside professionals in communications, event management, public relations, and community engagement.
-
Serve as event hosts and Masters of Ceremonies (MCs).
-
Arts, Creativity & Storytelling
More than 30 artists and performers across multiple provinces have participated in the 25@25 program, showcasing original music, cultural performances, spoken word, and other creative works that celebrate resilience, diversity, and community achievement.
