Belinda Lahu

Meet Belinda Lahu our executive assistant & digital story coordinator. She is a Health Sciences graduate from the University of Ottawa, driven by a deep passion for advancing women’s sexual and reproductive health. Born and raised in Canada to parents from Kosova, Belinda’s academic and professional journey bridges her two worlds, combining academic research with a heartfelt commitment to improving the wellbeing of communities in her homeland. She has contributed to research exploring women’s health, access to care, and social determinants of wellbeing, while also using her voice to advocate for meaningful change. As a Citizen Diplomacy Fellow with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of Kosova, she contributed to key initiatives connecting institutions, communities, and ideas, shaping projects and experiences that advance the Ministry’s mission. Some joining our team last fall, Belinda has made immense contributions to our growth, some key highlights include producing key feature stories including of ‘Sahati’, Dr. Agron Alija posthumously recognition video displayed at Parliament of Canada, lead content producer for our social media channels and has played a key role on our digital marketing growth and amplifying women’s voices from storytelling to attending panels and playing a key role in assisting the executive leadership team.
